Accommodation run down. Furniture partially worn (sofa, towels). Hair from previous tenants in the bathrooms. Mold in the sanitary area. Millimeter-high dust in the kitchen. It seemed that apart from the rough cleaning by the tenants, no final cleaning by the landlord had been carried out for several months. Actual address does not match coordinates on Google Maps. This means that restaurants etc. are much further away than expected. Some have no WiFi.

There is no description in the offer that the use of the pool is at specific hours. The pool is open from 9:00 to 19:00. And nothing more. After returning from the trip at 19:00 you cannot swim. Personally, I have never experienced this. If I had known about it, I would never have gone there.

The accommodation is located on the mountain above Greve in Chianti. It is a bit rustic but very nice, the terrace offers plenty of space to eat together and end the evening. The pool is also very good and very clean

Top: the location, beautiful. grand view. Top swimming pool. Tip: Install screens against mosquitoes. Service could be a bit more extensive, more normal glasses and cups and cutlery and wine glasses.
