So all in all it was a nice holiday, but... .... Unfortunately the house is a bit worn out, some of the sockets no longer work, hanging out of the wall. The property is not as big as described and not completely fenced in. Which was a shame, as we came with dogs and they were able to leave the property anyway. The pool is really great and was the highlight for the kids. Trips with kids are also limited. But it's fine for a beach holiday

Large comfortable house in the heart of Tuscany, very nice hosts, well-equipped house, picturesque area like in the movie Gladiator. It is rare to find such a large, well-maintained swimming pool. The house lacks nothing - for picky people in the season may lack air conditioning. The area around the property is not fenced. Great base for trips from Pisa to Rome. Unfortunately, Italian roads are in terrible condition. Most of them are under renovation, on which nothing is happening.

We were there with family and friends with children 4-14 years, great big house with full equipment and kitchen was fully equipped, 2 washing machines with drying rack and ironing board with iron, 2 fridges with freezer, microwave, coffee maker and much more. The pool was cleaned every 2 days, very nice/nice Italian owners, a German-speaking woman was there to hand over the keys. Otherwise everything was as shown in the photos. Property is not completely fenced.

The facility for private use is very versatile. The garden (2000 m² instead of 10,000 m² as advertised) is large, the pool is always very well maintained. Umbrellas and loungers are scarce. The ground floor apartment takes some getting used to. The fireplace stinks and there is hardly any storage space as all the closets throughout the house are packed full. The apartment on the upper floor is bright and beautiful, the bathrooms are absolutely okay. The kitchen floor is sloping like on a ship. The landlords are very friendly and very helpful.
