Private: garden (fenced) with lawn 1'000 m2 flowers, swimming pool (9 x 5 m, depth 120 - 120 cm, seasonal availability: 18.May. - 30.Sep.). Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, WiFi, massage (extra). Heating to be paid on the spot. Linen change weekly. Cook on request (extra). Parking at the house on the premises. The garden is very beautiful. I would recommend this house anytime during the summer. Otherwise it is not bright because of the beautiful trees in the house and you always need light. The hosts are very nice and helpful. Nearby (approx. 2 km) is the very good restaurant XXX, which unfortunately can only be reached by road. In October it was unfortunately pitch dark from 7:30 p.m. and too dangerous for us (82/69) on the road. The house also goes by the name of Villa Camporbiano 1, La Canonica. Electric gate locking no longer exists. But it is also well secured manually.

We have spent two weeks with great pleasure on the first floor of this house. The landlord (family with two small children) lives on the ground floor. We were 5 people (family with 3 adult children). With three bedrooms and bathrooms and an extensive kitchen, that's fine. All windows are fitted with roller screens, which is much needed. All bedrooms have fans. Due to the thick walls and shutters on the windows, air conditioning is not necessary. The (private) garden is fantastic, especially with the beautiful view over the valley. There are chairs, sun loungers and a hammock. The pool was great and cleaned every week. We did not need the jacuzzi, but unfortunately it was not clean. The house is on a road with regular traffic, so you can hear that. San Gimignano is a 10-15 minute drive and there is also a supermarket there. Siena and Florence can be reached within an hour. However, you always drive on winding roads of poor quality. That didn't spoil the fun for us.

It was delicious again. Been here for the second time now and it was again a wonderful holiday. The house is great and the garden around it gives you a lot of privacy. XXX and XXX do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and that it lacks for nothing. From the swimming pool, the view over the valley is magical, and you can end every day in a fantastic way with a beautiful sunset. Next year again! We really recommend it.
