The little hotel exceeded my expectations. I didn't expect it to be so intimate, much to my delight. It was exactly what I expected. The apartment was modest (I wasn't expecting luxury at this price), but very clean. The pool, though small, had everything I needed. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and a bar. Overall, I had a wonderful time, except the weather wasn't very cooperative, but that's no fault of the hotel owners.

Great apartment for a holiday with your dog. Unfortunately the weather in April/May was not very nice and rather cool, but otherwise the apartment was comfortable, clean and well furnished. For cold temperatures there is air conditioning, which can also be used for heating. The landlord couple are very friendly. The only thing that the apartment might be missing is a microwave or an oven. The area is wonderful: pine forest 400m, sea 700m. Great walks with the dog possible.

We have stayed here on holiday a number of times and it is always nice to be treated and cared for not just as welcome guests but as friends! The apartments without great luxury, but clean and beautiful, pool, playground, barbecue facilities, fitness equipment great (we prefer the wild sea to a large pool) the wonderful path through the pine forest to Bibbona or Vada by bike is unforgettable, the proximity is good too to many beautiful places in Tuscany!
