Quiet location, functionally equipped. Parking situation suboptimal, parking available a little further away. Extractor fan in the kitchen doesn't work. 2 nights of annoying knocking from the apartment below because of the wind (blinds not attached). Reported and fixed immediately. Unclear: according to the description in the apartment, WiFi is chargeable, according to the rental agreement it is not. Super fast response and solution from LB after I contacted them. Top service!
