Our family made such beautiful memories at this villa near Castiglion Fiorentino. It was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our group of 10. The views at sunrise and sunset were magical, and its location was ideal for exploring Cortona, Arezzo, Siena, Chianti, Pienza, and Montalcino. Communication with the hosts was wonderful, and we enjoyed many great meals cooked in the kitchen. Highly recommend — a car is essential!

We spent a week at the end of August/beginning of September in this wonderful house. The view is breathtaking, the pool is cleaned daily, and there are plenty of loungers and seating. The house is exactly as it appears in the photos: spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished. The owner is available at any time, speaks excellent English, and is extremely friendly. The only drawback is the numerous mosquitoes by the pool—but of course, that's not anyone's fault.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house in Tuscany! The location is quiet and picturesque, the pool was perfect for relaxing – very clean and well-maintained. We would especially like to mention the incredibly friendly owners, who gave us a warm welcome and took excellent care of us throughout our entire stay. An absolute highlight was the delicious food they prepared for us. We highly recommend this house.

Beautiful villa with its own pool and large garden. We booked a week, but unfortunately, it was far too short. We'd love to come back.

The villa was fantastic, very spacious with good facilities, a lovely pool, and incredible views across the hills and countryside. It is well located to various towns, and the local town of Castiglion Fiorentino has some lovely restaurants, three good supermarkets, and a train station for easy connections to Florence etc. The road to the villa is quite steep and rocky, and we do think the villa would benefit from air conditioning (very hot during the night in August!), but overall a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. Our dog also felt very comfortable. The surroundings are fantastic and very well maintained. The villa met our requirements exactly. The pool was cleaned daily and is very spacious. D.'s hospitality was first class. We can only recommend the villa. Kind regards, HJ

Beautiful, renovated house in a scenic location. Very nice landlords.

The holiday home is very well equipped. There was enough of everything... including a variety of electrical appliances. Very idyllic, quiet location - difficult access, not possible with a VW bus. It was a shame that the property is not completely fenced in, a bit of a challenge with small children and a dog. An evening meal from the hosts is highly recommended - we had a great evening with wonderful food and wine. Fly screens in the bedrooms would have been desirable.

The location of the house and the view are unique. Lots of rest and an incomparably beautiful view; yet close to attractions, restaurants and shopping.

Everything really excellent except for the driveway. Wider cars with low chassis may have a problem.

This house is easy to feel good. Comfortable, clean and nicely furnished. The location is great and in summary: highly recommended. The approach is a (manageable) challenge for insecure drivers.

Fantastically beautifully situated, well-maintained villa with a lovely swimming pool, all facilities available (except air conditioning).

The owners were very welcoming and friendly, they offered us tomatoes from the garden and a bottle of oil from their production. They recommended some very nice restaurant addresses. They can provide the capsules for the coffee machine (10€ for 50 capsules). On the other hand, a bottle of water in the fridge would be very appreciable on arrival knowing that tap water is not recommended! Very pleasant week in the middle of nature.

Spacious holiday home with a beautiful large pool. Very friendly landlords who reliably took care of everything with small problems. Good equipment in the house, we only missed a filter coffee machine :) The very narrow approach through a small upstream village is challenging for wide or very long vehicles. Pool was cleaned well every morning. Great holiday home with good excursion possibilities in the (further) area.

The house is on a small hill with a wide view of the plain and the surrounding hills. Very well-kept grounds with lots of flowers and a very nice pool. Possibly fly screens would provide even more comfort. The approach to the house is very narrow and steep, but manageable.

The house owner did not take garbage down to the village even though he was coming daily to clean the swimming pool. At the end of our stay we were told that if we would not take the garbage bags ourselfs he would charge us extra 50 €. One morning the owner came with friends to show them around the garden and stayed without asking for more than 30 minutes even though we were having a breakfast nearby. On the other hand the owner came in no time to change the fuses. otherwise great house&view!

House in a beautiful location, with a large terrace and great views and a great private pool. We really enjoyed the time. A small challenge is certainly the way to the house with a very large car. Otherwise everything is great!
