The house is situated in a peaceful and charming area, offering great views at any time. Thanks to its location, it allows you either to rest or to be more active and visit some tourists spots like Piza, Firenze, Siena or Cinque Terre ( that is what we did, in fact). If you fancy sunbathing, the beaches are also really close. As for the owner, he is one of the most helpful and knowledgeable people we have met. Always ready to answer your questions or to give advice regarding the area.

Very friendly and helpful landlord, available at any time. The house is perfectly adequate, but the path (the last part) is very narrow/steep/winding and not easy for large cars to navigate. There is a parking lot, though (a short walk uphill). You have peace and quiet on the property and can relax. There are plenty of mosquitoes.

Our first stay and holiday in Tuscany was so beautiful that we fell in love with the country, the province and the people. The accommodation was very beautiful and located between olive trees. The access is not necessarily recommended for larger cars as it is very narrow and there is a high risk of scratches. However, the landlord recommended alternative parking options which are not very far from the house.

We spent two wonderful weeks in April 2024 in this special house in northern Tuscany. It is located next to a small artists' village, in the middle of the olive groves and is very personally furnished. The landlord looked after us very well. Lucca and Pisa are quick to get to, and Florence is just over an hour away. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the Mediterranean (Lido de Camaiore). One problem: We couldn't drive directly to the house with our van. Car is not a problem
