Perhaps the kitchen could have been a little better equipped (eg no tea towels). But that's complaining at a very, very high level. The apartment is comfortable, everything you need is there. The pool area is wonderful and well-maintained. The view from the terrace is priceless. The landlord doesn't speak English, but is super friendly and uncomplicated. I would go back anytime!

Wonderful location on a mountain slope in the middle of an olive grove. Fantastic view from the terrace into northern Tuscany. The pool with an equally beautiful view is very well maintained. The apartment is simple but very original and clean. Most of the most famous destinations in northern Tuscany can be reached with a driving time of up to 1:30 hours.

Nice location. Beautiful view and top pool! We stayed there with our 2 children aged 14 and 16. They also thought it was a nice location, except for the mosquitoes! Central location to visit Pisa, Lucca, Vinci and Florence. Friendly owners with sweet dog. You can walk to Buti in fifteen minutes where you can enjoy a delicious meal. Highly recommended!

What an accommodation, what a location! Fantastic! All those must-see places not far away - Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra - you would be tempted to leave them alone for a while, to completely relax here.

A very nice place if you want to enjoy the naturalness of Tuscany. The view from the terrace in the morning and in the evening over the vastness of the Tuscan hills is simply awesome. The pool is awesome and the hosts super friendly and helpful. The red wine and the in-house olive oil are among the best of their kind that I know. Also an ideal place to start fantastic road bike tours ...

The interchalet restrictions, like toilet paper... put off and don't apply to this place! Wonderful location, friendly and very helpful landlords. Approachable for powerful small cars, as only 2m path width available.
