the landlord is very nice and helpful. The house is close to the main road, but the apartment is on the south side and the windows are well insulated. It is a beautiful old farmhouse, with the landlord's small car repair shop, cowshed and cat on the property. Kitchen equipment a bit poor: no coffee maker, no filter, but 2 espresso machines, no freezer. The only drawbacks: beds are short and there are no televisions
