Pictures are deceptive of reality. Everything looks worn out. The so-called breakfast room is total chaos. Cupboards smell old. Very disappointed.

Loved Riva del Garda. Apartment was in a good location close to a Co-op open 7 days and the lake with a nice walk into the centre. Staff good and nice to have a pool. Was expecting the apartment to be dated but was very tired with unusable dining chairs, luckily we could eat on the balcony all week. Kitchen could have been better equipped. For example it had no corkscrew or wine glasses. We were unlucky with our neighbours for first few days whose balcony was adjacent.

we chose the accommodation because we liked the pictures presented on the website. However, the accommodation was actually an aging apartment building. The furniture was very worn and partly broken. For the price we paid for the 14 days, we were more than disappointed. The staff who look after the apartment building are very friendly and helpful.

TV set on site without function. Was immediately replaced with a new device by the very nice and helpful caretakers. Apartment itself with functional defects, towel holder on the balcony is defective. Shutters squeak very loudly. Floor parquet damaged. Outside window outdated and only single-glazed .... no thermal insulation despite the roller blind. Spartan and worn furniture and kitchen equipment. Pool ok but could be cleaner. Toilet lid loose.

Fast check-in. Too bad they didn't have a nice cold wine after a long journey. Only beer! Apartment dated. Shower drain worked poorly. super hot. No fan and also not available. Few kitchen utensils. Beautiful hiking opportunities in the area. Fitness equipment as described in description were not present. Big plus: the pool.

Positive: Very nice residence located in a quiet area. 25 m swimming pool, armchairs and enough shade for everyone. Residence staff super friendly and helpful. Very hot apartment but the staff provided us with a fan. Negative: the shutter of the door leading to the terrace did not come down (broken). No light in the living room making it impossible to read in the evening on the sofa very very few dishes: no cereal bowl, no large tea cups, 2 wine glasses for 4. ..

The accommodation is in a great location. Short walk to the lake. The employees are all very friendly and helpful. The property leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to soundproofing. Conversations from the neighboring rooms can always be heard, as well as the flushing of the toilets.
