We didn't feel comfortable. Bad overall impression, old and not even clean. - Dishwasher doesn't clean - Toilet seat is broken - Power outage when several appliances are plugged in - Bedroom in the basement next to the garage, very cold - Washing machine not easy to use, very old - Floor not cleaned properly - Coffee machine moldy - Basement and underground garage have no lighting, light doesn't work - Garage too small for a station wagon

The accommodation is worn and not maintained. Paint is peeling off the ceiling and walls and there is mold on the walls. The attached garage doesn't fit a larger car so it stands up permanently. In the garage, cables are hanging out of the wall and there is no lighting. The outside area is also neglected. Totally overpriced for the price and not recommended.

The apartment is functional but not beautiful. Especially the room in the basement with the garage next door is rather depressing. But at least it could be clean. When the final cleaning is already included. The floor was not clean and the pots were smeared with oil and the dishes were dirty.
