1) very superficial cleaning; 2) terraces under renovation, and on one of them numerous construction materials (a lot of cement on the windowsill, pieces of skirting board with nails at least 3-4 cm long, pieces of scrap metal, etc.); 3) the hydromassage shower flooded the bathroom, and there were no rags on the floor to catch the water; 4) lack of privacy due to the lack of curtains and the street-level location, which is particularly unpleasant considering the bedrooms.

Amenities are average. Cleaning is very superficial. The shower in the main bathroom is unusable due to a drain problem. There is a lack of privacy as all the windows are without curtains. The apartment is on the mezzanine floor and its entire perimeter is level with a very nearby uphill road, so the interior is visible from the outside and the shutters must be kept halfway down, thus reducing the amount of light. The parking space is impractical for an SUV.
