Strategic location with parking 400 meters from the center and the ski lifts. Mini apartment complete with everything you need (with heater for cold nights and washing machine). Found very clean. Double quilts, habitable bathroom, kettle. Very hot sanitary water! 4 burners and oven. Sofa bed a little soft but acceptable. Parking in garage and cellar. Interhome managers absolutely available and very courteous. An enchanting week in the most beautiful village in Val di Fassa

Problems encountered: Heating off (nothing was said about it) Bathroom lamps not working (Advised but there was no replacement) Gas cylinder to be changed upon our arrival. Entrance to the building with a lot of humidity. Tv: very poor Kitchen: can be improved. Pros: location in relation to the center. Parking

Cleaning of the apartment not optimal. We found hair on the mattress and in the shower. We had to make the beds ourselves. Clean sheets but blankets were stored in the closet and had obviously not been washed. Broken sofa. To be definitely improved on the cleaning front. Optimal location near the center and on the edge of the forest. We met the squirrels and the kids enjoyed it.

The apartment is too small for 4 adults. The roof in the bathroom is damaged. The outside "garden" is quite big and o.k., however is not useful because people are crossing all the time and look into you... I think this place is better for summer as for winter rent.
