We were wdh. in the apartment, very nice, very nice landlord. Administration via InterHome but not an advantage. Cleanliness used to be better, poor communication, no help with questions, key was less complicated without InterHome. Luckily the landlord was there. Will prefer apartments with direct rental in the future.

Advantages: - location - cleanliness Disadvantages: - short beds and duvets (for people up to 170 cm tall) - underheated bedrooms and bathrooms - no equipment in the form of cleaning agents (cloths, rags, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, etc. ) - no coffee filters, the owner boasts of an overflow coffee machine - no wine glasses
