This elegant apartment in the heart of Catania is ideally situated for a city break or tour of Mount Etna. It’s small yet smartly designed, with a compact kitchen tucked into a corner (note there’s no oven) and a sofa bed if you want to stretch out. And while it’s a little lacking in natural light, the glass floor of the mezzanine makes the space feel more open. It’s comfortable, contemporary, and close to shops and eateries – a great base for seeing this side of Sicily.

*The bedroom is on the mezzanine level and semi-open to the space below, so privacy is limited.
*It's worth noting that this home doesn't have any windows, so it's lacking in natural light.
*You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
*While this home can accommodate an additional guest on the sofa bed, the maximum occupancy is two guests.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot for free. You'll need to request it in advance.
*Well-behaved pets are welcome to accompany you during your stay.
