Very quiet location, very nice view, direct surroundings less appealing

Very nice apartment with a large terrace with sea view. A little far from everything.

Apartment with a beautiful view from the terrace/balcony. It's located in a remote area and has basic furnishings. The beds were mediocre. The apartment, bed linen, and towels weren't clean. Unfortunately, due to a short circuit, the kitchen appliances, including the dishwasher, extractor hood, modem, and smart TV, didn't work, so there was no comfort. The vanity in the larger bathroom smelled of mold. Given the furnishings, we didn't think the apartment deserved a 4-star rating! The balcony/terrace with a washing machine was a plus.

Water damage to the bathroom cistern. This problem has obviously been going on for some time, as the paint on the walls and floor has already turned brown with some mold. The repairman came to repair the problem without an appointment, and the problem is still not solved. Furthermore, as guests, we have to do a thorough cleaning and take out the trash ourselves. This is never the case with other vacation rentals. At a high price, 50% more than A. in the same building, it's...
