Very well kept, spacious apartment. 2 new bathrooms just redone. Mr. T., the house manager, is very kind and always available in case of need. Excellent location. Served as a bar, supermarket 100m away. A fabulous garden full of plants that also give you privacy.

Very well maintained and large holiday apartment. Beautiful garden, good facilities, very quiet. Also suitable with pets. But without a car there are only a few destinations. Super helpful and flexible landlord. We'd love to come back.

Our holiday in Stintino was fabulous. The house has a strategic position, halfway between the town and La Pelosa beach. The market can be reached on foot, the area is quiet and peaceful. The house is a basement but it is cool and the owner is an exquisite person, courteous, very hospitable and always available.
