Private: large, well-kept garden with lawn, swimming pool (above ground) (5 x 3 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, table tennis. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 60 m, bar 2 km, sandy beach "Lu Impostu" 150 m. Nearby attractions: Puntaldia 1.6 km, Cala Brandinchi 6 km, Porto San Paolo 10 km, Olbia 24 km. Please note: car recommended.

The Villa is very correct, a little damp all the same. However, it lacks a small book telling us how the villa works on the use of the jacuzzi, the remote controls and above all how to restore the current in the event of a power cut (which happened to us one evening and for which we took more than 2 minutes to find the main circuit breaker).

House ideally located a few steps from a beach ideal for children (shallow water), pleasant in family, clean. Downsides: wet house this week (heavy rain previous week?), exteriors not cleaned (terrace, balcony and jacuzzi). An information document of the house and surroundings would be required. Possibility to park two cars in the property.
