The house is beautiful and welcoming, very close to wonderful, secluded beaches, perfect for those who love tranquility. Water is delivered on a schedule, but you just have to plan ahead. Overall, a fabulous place with plenty of comforts.

The villa is located in the middle of a very well-maintained gated community, a 5-minute walk from its own private beach and a well-stocked supermarket. Overall, the complex offers a very stylish and tranquil setting (early June before peak season), in which Villa Malvasia stands out as a particularly beautiful property, especially due to its hillside location and breathtaking views of the bay below. The two terraces offer wonderful vantage points.

The open holiday home is located in a closed nature reserve/resort. On arrival, it is best to meet the friendly Italian speaking Silvia at the entrance. The house itself has a beautiful location, beautiful views of the magnificent coast of Portobello. The house was clean by Italian standards. Bed linen and towels a bit outdated. Well equipped kitchen. Nice terraces also accessible via bedrooms. Quite remote. Shop nearby is ok.

The house was as we expected. Even better. The structure is not brand new but well maintained. Some small problems with the drains and the water supply but the people in charge of following us helped us and quickly solved the problem despite the August bank holiday. The whole structure, the house but not only, made our holidays really pleasant.
