Good, quiet location with a wonderful view. For our price of around 2,500 per week (starting September 2024) it was OK; mosquito protection on the bedroom windows, but not on the bedroom at the back. The kitchen is very dark; the ceiling light there doesn't work. Lighting 'staircase carport - terrace': not working; 3 defective loungers: wheels off or backrest broken. We made a makeshift repair to the garden gate hinge so that it could be closed at all. Bathrooms: good; no outdoor shower

As a family with a dog, we really enjoyed the garden, the outdoor facilities and the view, but the first four days were spent almost exclusively with some very serious defects, necessary repairs and tradesmen. The rental company did not seem to have known the real condition of the house, but the cleaning ladies knew the weak points. Renting the house like this was a no-go. Other damages also came to light. Lots of phone calls to the rental company, not holiday-like.

Great detached house, which is not integrated into a holiday complex. The view of La Maddalena is very beautiful and the routes to Palau or Porto Pollo, for example, are very short. Overall, highly recommended. The house is slowly getting old and repairs are necessary.
