Apparently, we were the first guests of the season. The house wasn't cleaned (the landlady had broken her foot while cleaning). There were no basic cleaning supplies on site - a vacuum cleaner was organized upon request. We did get additional cleaning supplies. The location isn't that great. During the day, there was a lot of noise from barbecues, and in the evenings/nights, dogs barking from all sides. On the day of departure, we were supposed to leave the house by 8:00 a.m.! Then the cleaning crew showed up at the door :-(

The location of the house is beautiful. Unfortunately, instead of the stated 3 pieces of garden furniture, there was only 1 and 1 toilet was broken. The kitchen equipment is perfect.

Very nice and quiet holiday home. It is very well equipped and has everything you need for your holiday. Palau can be reached in just a few minutes. An ideal location for exploring the north.

Everything was perfect except for one big problem. The cottage is located 200 m from a hunting lodge. The dogs howled in the evening, at night and in the early morning. It was impossible to sleep with the windows open, which is complicated when it is hot; and it can be very hot in Sardinia.... It is a shame for a very good quality cottage (very nice environment, very nice terrace, very well equipped). Unfortunately, we did not sleep well because of the dogs. It spoiled our stay a little.

The house is impeccably maintained, spacious terrace with a view of sunrise and moonrise, secluded location. The kitchen is very well equipped with the latest appliances and there is also a barbecue area. The holiday home is in a quiet but central location. Both the city of Palau and Arzachena are therefore easily and quickly accessible. The landlady M. took care of everything. We would come back anytime.

Nice house with everything you need. Barking dogs keep you awake during the night. A kind hostess who only speaks Italian.
