Positive: It was the most comfortably furnished holiday apartment of all that we have rented on our many holidays in Sardinia. The view of the sea and mountains is fantastic. Negative: The house is very noisy and thinly soundproof. There was no instruction on the building's technology, either personally or in the form of an information folder. Air conditioning only in the living area. In the apartment below you, "animal lovers" keep two large dogs (husky and German shepherd) on a terrace that is completely covered in dirt.

Nice and spacious house. The area where it is located is a bit run down and abandoned but as a support house it was good. The only flaw was the air conditioning that worked very little. Another problem was that, even though we had agreed on the phone to leave a few hours after check out, we were basically thrown out of the house at 9.45 without any warning.
