We were assigned another house than the one we had chosen, saying that they had made a mistake and ours was already occupied. The one we were given was very neglected: gate that did not close, cigarette butts in the garden, coffee machine not working, a shower head encrusted with limescale, towels provided and paid for separately without a bidet, pillows without covers with sheets of folded synthetic material, sagging mattresses. The location of the house was beautiful, close to the sea.

Complete bedding to be changed, review electricity the meter jumped when two appliances were plugged in. Minimum dishes not a wine glass. The window handles did not close. Housekeeping upon arrival was average. Unswept terrace, dirty deckchairs, uncleaned bathroom and shower dust. Cleanliness needs to be reviewed.

Exceptional position of the house while the house would need some improvement especially the windows and mosquito nets ... even the poorly maintained garden.
