Views of Lago Maggiore, balcony all around, reserved outdoor and indoor parking, terraced garden.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor, in a very quiet residential area outside and above Arona. The floor is easily accessible by elevator. The apartment itself is equipped with every comfort and has several large balconies. However, the rentable underground parking space is not suitable for wide vehicles.
