The apartment offers a lot of space, is well laid out and is very clean. There are balconies on three sides. One of them has a great view of Lake Maggiore. The beds are comfortable. The sofa in the living room is not for people with back problems. The kitchen is adequate and functional. Most of the pots and pans are scratched and need replacing. A car is essential. We enjoyed our stay, even though it rained a lot.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor, in a very quiet residential area outside and above Arona. The floor is easily accessible by elevator. The apartment itself is equipped with every comfort and has several large balconies. However, the rentable underground parking space is not suitable for wide vehicles.
