At first glance, Casa Lucia appears to be a truly lovely and cozy little house in an idyllic location on Lake Lugano. The surrounding area is also fantastic for hiking and exploring. Unfortunately, the house is not adequately maintained. The door seals are defective, allowing a lot of moisture to enter. This causes a musty smell, foggy windows, and a damp sofa. The furnishings are also showing their age – even the coffee machine was unusable.
