Located on a hillside, this contemporary apartment is within strolling distance of Como’s must-sees, including the lake, the cathedral, and the historic centre. You’re also less than a twenty-minute walk from the boat terminal for easy access to the area’s lakeside towns. The home itself boasts two balconies – one with views of the city – which are perfect for enjoying a morning espresso or an evening aperitivo. And with an open-plan living area and separate kitchen inside, there’s plenty of space for everyone to enjoy.Home truths:
*Upon arrival, you’ll need to collect the keys from the host's agency. The keys must be returned on departure. Prior to arrival, you will need to complete an online check-in form, sign a rental agreement, and make a quick video call with the host to show your relevant documents.
*Guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 11pm and 7am.
