This hillside home overlooks Como's rolling vistas, and is a short drive from the shores of its famous lake. Bright, modern and ideal for families and friend groups, there's lots of indoor and outdoor space to socialise – the terrace seating, communal garden, and balcony with panoramic view all perfect for catching up and winding down. You'll be on the ground floor of the building with a private garage available, and a car may come in handy given the home's location on steep slopes. Como's many bars and boutiques are still only a pleasant walk away, however, with the Duomo reachable in less than half an hour.

*This home is in a hilly area to the east of Como city centre. While you can access the city on foot, we'd recommend using a car or taxi to get the most out of your stay. Free parking is available on the premises.
*As well as a private terrace, you'll have access to the garden here, which is shared with the building's other residents.
*While the home is located on the ground floor, you'll still need to climb some stairs to reach the entrance.
