Small, original and well-appointed village house with one room per level. Located in a hamlet a few km from Monéglia. Air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom which allows the whole house to be cooled after about 24 hours (we were in a heatwave). On-site parking space that can accommodate a large car. Parking space in Monéglia, useful for going to the beach and very close to the train station to visit the Cinque Terre.

The holiday apartment is located on a hill above Moneglia. From the roof terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea. Apart from the kitchen, the bedrooms are very nicely furnished. The bathroom and toilet are new. We felt very comfortable!

We stayed 14 days in July at 4. The house is very good. It was cool enough. Very good wifi. It has everything you need. Some touch-ups are to be expected (pots, unusable roof table, dirty dishes) but we notified the agency. The parking space in town is a real plus. On the other hand, we had to rent a space near the house for 5E/day on a corner of land facing a post, we felt a bit like pigeons. Thanks to C, our contact.

The cottage has a lot of charm, especially the roof terrace, very friendly manager, however some things were broken at the end of the season. Striking the lack of an espresso maker.

The house actually looks like the pictures. It has a beautiful, sunny terrace overlooking the sea, which is its greatest asset. The village of Casale is very quiet and peaceful, with no noises or louder neighbors around. You can have a great rest during the day admiring the view of the sea from the terrace and numerous stars in the evening. Moneglia is a lovely holiday destination with a beautiful sandy beach, restaurants and bars. There is a train station in Monegli - min. trains to Cinque Terre.
