+ Apartment is rented by a real estate agency. Deposit was refunded. + House is renovated inside and out and has good windows. + Fantastic view from the balcony. + Generally quiet location on a cul-de-sac, hardly any traffic. + Wi-Fi signal is good. ° The parking space is very small. Parking is always a challenge. ° The living room and bedroom are clean and the furnishings are OK. - The kitchen and bathroom could use some renovation. - A few roosters crow in the area in the morning.
