Shoreline in Rome, Lazio

Description
Unpretentious and reassuring, Shoreline is comfortable, and the kind of place where things work without any fuss. It’s on the lower ground floor, so views are out of the question, but while it’s not overly bright, it’s not really any different to any number of the old flats in narrow streets closer to the centre of the city. However, as it’s in Monteverde, the streets are wide and lined with trees, the traffic much calmer, and the tourists far away.

Home truths:
*The flat's on the lower ground floor, so it doesn't get much natural light, and there's no lift to get down to it
*The second bedroom is more of a study with a single sofa bed in it – we marked it as a bedroom to show it wasn't in the living room, but it's worth being aware of
*There's another sofa bed in the living room that two people can sleep on
*Eugenia would only like to rent this flat out for periods of two weeks or longer
