The apartment is quite far from the center, but well connected. The rooms are large, the bathrooms are comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped - nothing is missing. Beds comfortable. The only downside is that the apartment needs to be refreshed. The walls are dirty, have defects and do not look aesthetically pleasing, especially in their lower part. If they were repainted, it would make a better impression. Note: no views, because two rooms overlook the wall. But especially in summer it's probably an advantage because it's cooler. Despite the flaws, I would come back. Attractive price!

A superbly equipped ground floor apartment located outside the city center, but with shops, bars, parks and public transport nearby.

This house hosted us in a moment of passage for my family, it was our home for about 3 weeks, the house is equipped with every comfort, the location is strategic, 10 minutes from the center and 5 from the GRA. Mrs. T. is a very helpful, kind, cordial and nice person .. which is not easy! I absolutely recommend everyone a stay here !!!

I have been in this apartment for business purposes in the company of a colleague. I found the accommodation excellent, excellent cleanliness and the friendly owner was at my complete disposal. I recommend it to everybody.

We chose the apartment for its proximity to Ergife: in this, we were not disappointed. The rooms are very spacious and the apartment is very quiet. On the spot, however, we found the bare minimum (sheets, towels, pot for tea and / or milk) and in the rooms the floor had not been swept. Impeccable, however, the cleanliness of the bathroom.

Teresa's exceptional attention. Good apartment, large and quiet. With everything you need and more. Wifi, air conditioning, dishwasher, etc. all working and in perfect condition. Bus a few meters away, supermarket, bars and restaurants. We will return without a doubt.

The experience in the apartment was very pleasant, recommended for couples or friends with children since the apartment has spacious rooms the only one but the kitchen was very small but for everything else it was fine, bus stops relatively close in relation to the center of Rome (15 to 30 min approx). Also a good point was that there is a ..., pharmacy, cafeteria, restaurant and tobacconist just a few steps away. And the owner a very nice woman and always aware of everything.

Spacious apartment with two bathrooms and good kitchen equipment. It was close to bus stops and the metro. Quiet and safe neighborhood. The owner was flexible for our arrival and our departure and trusted us.
