In the district of Lignano-Sabbiadoro 300 m from the centre of Sabbiadoro, 13 km from the centre of Bibione, 95 km from the centre of Trieste, in a central position, 450 m from the sea. For shared use: property (fenced). In the house: lift, bicycle rental. Supermarket 250 m, restaurant, pedestrian zone 300 m, railway station "Latisana (Milano-Venezia-Triest)" 21 km, sandy beach 450 m, thermal baths "Bibione Thermae" 15 km. Marina 450 m, golf course (18 hole) 6 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Beach service: From approx. the beginning of May to approx. mid-September, 1 sun lounger, 1 deck chair and 1 parasol per accommodation unit are included in the rental price.

Stayed at this property for the second time. Top apartment, top location. However, the last night on site was a disaster. On Pentecost weekend, the place is besieged by party-loving mostly young people. This year unfortunately also in the Residence Monica. From 3 a.m. until we left at 8 a.m., there was a lot of shouting and loud music in the house. Sleep was out of the question. We also like to celebrate ourselves, but unfortunately that was too much. Despite this circumstance, we will be back.
