The accommodation and the location in the immediate vicinity of Grado were really great. The apartments are newly renovated, bright and friendly. Quite cozy with 6 people but doable. The complex itself is beautiful with old trees, nice playgrounds and a delicious pizzeria. The only downside is the lagoon. The water is totally flat, stagnant, muddy and totally stinks of fish. So we were only there twice. Then we always went to Grado by car.

The environment is okay, only the water quality at the sea is not that great, it is mud and fine sand, hardly any sea waves

Very friendly staff, the complex offers a wide range of activities for all ages, many different playgrounds that are beautifully shaded by pine trees, after registration, every guest is accompanied to their accommodation
