It is the same distance from two beautiful lakes where fishing is available. Tullycross village & Leenane village are just 10 mins drive away in either direction – both with great pubs and restaurants. Make sure to call to the award winning Misunderstood Heron Food truck for a coffee and lunch!This cottage is on 5000 m² of wild natural land making for a very peaceful setting for a holiday. The area is Ideal for hiking , along the beach and also in the surrounding mountains. The well-known Killary Famine Road walk is near by, or you can try some diving at Scuba Dive West.This is a well-furnished holiday home in a great position by the sea .
Inside: This is a beautiful old cottage, full of character. You enter through a small hallway where you can leave your beach gear & wellies! You then go into a cosy high ceiled sitting room with beautiful sea views to enjoy in front of the open fire. Off the sitting room you will find a twin and double room. The kitchen is also off the sitting room. there are a few steps (no banister) down to the kitchen/dining area. The kitchen has everything to could need including a dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area is in the conservatory with wonderful views of the sea. There is also a large bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
No pets allowed. Electricity, oil, gas charged according to consumption. No Television Not suitable for smaller children due to steps in Kitchen WIFI
