The West Wing of the Doonreagan Estate is one of three quaint holiday cottages enjoying a privileged location in an area of outstanding natural beauty in the heart of Connemara on Ireland’s West Coast.  

With spectacular views at the foot of Cashel Hill, overlooking a sheltered bay on the Atlantic Ocean, this secluded estate is within easy reach of both Roundstone and Clifden.

The cottage can be rented individually or combined with the East Wing and/or Doon Cottage. Together these accommodate up to 12 guests.

The West Wing has one double bedroom with a king-size sleigh bed and bathroom with a tub and hand-held shower. The spacious sitting-room has antique furniture, TV, a solid fuel stove with starter pack provided, and french windows to a sheltered patio with garden furniture. The separate kitchen with a dining area has an electric cooker with a double oven, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee brewer and microwave.Hair dryer, duvets, bed linen and towels are provided, as well as a solid fuel starter pack. High speed fibre broadband and electricity are provided free of charge. There is shared utility room with a washing-machine and tumble dryer.

There is also a spacious auditorium suitable for workshops, seminars, and other group activities available to rent all year round for single occupancy, families or groups.

Apart from offering recreation and adventure amidst unspoilt scenic surroundings, this is ideal for inspired creative workshops or corporate getaways.
