The property is 1 hour and 15 minutes drive from Galway City and 40 minutes drive from Oughterard. It is a 10 minute drive to the local beach, and a 2 minute drive to the local pub and restaurant.

This property is set back from the road on a private site, with a large parking area and is surrounded by beautifully maintained and mature gardens to the front and to the rear.

There is a private patio area at the rear of the property offering sweeping, panoramic views of the stunning Bertraghboy Bay and the Twelve Bens. This is suitable for dining in good weather (garden furniture provided).

Additional seating is provided at the breakfast nook nestled in a bright and airy corner of the room with views of the patio area and rear gardens – the ideal space to enjoy your morning coffee.
This kitchen has everything one would require in terms of kitchen utensils, modern appliances and recipe books for cooking enthusiasts. A large dishwasher, four ring electric hob, extractor fan, and ample sized fridge freezer are contained behind white and sage green kitchen units. There is also a wall mounted smart TV. To top it all off, Connemara’s charm is on show in the most perfect way through the windows on every side. Enjoy the view, whether it be a golden sunset or a misty morning, while you cook and while you eat!

-Sitting / Dining Room

The sitting / dining room offers a 3-seater sofa and 2 comfortable electric recliners. Decorated in neutral colours and clean lines, one can sit and enjoy the sky and sea perform the latest marine or celestial show. A large dining table with seating for up to 6 people provides a dedicated space for entertaining, a focal point for family gatherings and hosting. Also in this room is a charming cream solid fuel stove, a 55 inch Smart TV, a large glass display cabinet and large windows creating a spacious yet warm and cosy atmosphere.

This large family bedroom is located at the front of the house offering lovely views of the manicured gardens. This bedroom contains a double and a single bed with a large, beautifully decorated ensuite shower room. Free-standing unit for clothes storage. Wooden flooring.
