In the shower area at the base, very dirty. The mattress was too hard. One resident is a chain smoker, another or the same person had the TV turned up very loud, so that reading and spending time on the balcony was very unpleasant. The view was fantastic. The elevator didn't always work well.

The apartment is top and the existing devices are satisfactory. Only the excessive heat when the heating was completely switched off (24-26 °C) was unpleasantly noticeable and, above all, audible in the cold November 2022 outside. There is a permanent heating noise in the room. At night you can/must sleep with the balcony door open. In 2022, this is not a contribution to saving energy. WiFi is a matter of luck and sometimes doesn't work. If you're going to be out all day, this is a good place to stay.

This was our second time at the Taunusblick holiday park. This time, too, the apartment convinced us. The equipment is very good. The house as a whole is very well maintained and quiet. The location and the facility are definitely recommended. A good base for the many excursion destinations in the area.

It would be nice if there was a sunshade or some umbrellas on the balcony because at the end of the day it was very hot on the balcony otherwise it was ok

The apartment has been tastefully renovated, the bathroom and kitchenette in particular are modern, the furnishings are functional with a large television. A comfortable armchair with good reading lighting would be nice. Be careful in the walk-in shower: this is very slippery, an anti-slip mat is essential. Dishes and glasses should be completed again. Overall a nice apartment, good starting point for a hiking holiday.

The bed was a double bed as ordered. The mattresses were good, we had no physical complaints during our 1 week stay. The size of the room and the dimensions of the closet were totally sufficient for 1 week. The kitchenette was well equipped, only the lack of an exhaust device could be listed as a shortcoming. The rest of the equipment in the residential unit with drying rack, vacuum cleaner, toaster, kettle was great. An awning on the balcony would have given the last star!

As a participant in a seminar of the Gesellschaft für Gesundheitberatung, which is located right next door in the Dr. MOBruker house, the location was very good. Also suitable for a week's stay with 2 people, even if the kitchenette is very small. Overall recommended.

The shower is definitely too small for tall and stately built people. I'm 1.80 m and very slim. It just fitted, but half the bathroom was flooded afterwards because the shower screen is too short. A person with broader body measurements would certainly have problems with the shower due to the narrowness.

First of all, the location of this apartment is magnificent. Not only the view from the balcony, but also the many castles in the immediate vicinity. Many hiking trails in the forest in the immediate vicinity, a beautiful park on the doorstep. Nice outdoor swimming pool nearby, and private indoor pool. Close to Koblenz with the German Eck and Altstadt. The apartment is practically laid out. Spacious enough for 2 people. Wide bed. Good shower. Sufficient storage space. Only downside was that the central extractor didn't work properly, leaving the shower room clammy for a long time, and the kitchen getting too hot while cooking. But that was also because it was between 35 and 40 degrees when we were there.

Were in the apartment for the second time. Except for the kettle, which had a loose connection, everything worked. There is a strange smell in the hallway leading to the exit. But there is no sign of anything in the room. The path from the sidewalk to house 5 is not well lit. So overall complain at a high level.

Room facilities are satisfactory. The air in the room was extremely bad and could not be improved by prolonged ventilation. Vapors from the furniture or floor? Disturbing loud noises at night from 4:00 a.m. by - probably - delivery traffic from the nearby hospital. The kitchen is unfortunately moderately equipped compared to other rooms in the same house. Since I didn't spend much time in the room, it was only acceptable for that reason, but very annoying.

The apartment was well equipped, especially in the kitchen I didn't miss anything. There was even a squeegee in the shower to clean the glass pane of water droplets. The apartment is nicely furnished, the bed is a bit on the large side but ok, the TV and the sofa complement each other well and the carpet on the balcony prevents cold feet. The only criticisms are: - the construction site right next door, which starts at 7 in the morning and we were not warned about it. The construction noise even woke us up on Saturday, which disturbed the rest a bit. - and we occasionally found hair from the previous tenant in the corners, in drawers and on the bed. Top clean is different! - Unfortunately, we also had to do without long xxx surfing, since there is only WLAN in the lobby. All in all, we had a nice summer holiday here, with many sights within easy reach and romantic sunsets that you could admire from the balcony.
