Everything very new (year 2019), modern and comfortable. For example, all windows / doors to the outside with electr. Roller shutters and fly screens, plenty of storage space in two large closets, beautiful bathroom with plenty of storage space, all floors can be reached directly from the underground floor by elevator, locked bicycle rooms, ... Good location between two lakes and within walking distance to the old town/marina. Two small flaws: the house beach is not that attractive and the kitchen utensils are a bit sparse.

The pictures are not deceptive, a great new facility, best location, everything is there, fully furnished and otherwise vacuum cleaner, iron, good cutlery, everything of the finest quality, a large refrigerator even with a small freezer compartment, GS machine, cleaning rags, washing-up liquid, sponges, towels, Only the egg pie was missing - laughing - windows with external blinds. Everything was very classy and only a year or two old. Large, beautiful bathroom, shower 1m x 1m, high-quality fittings. Lockable bicycle room for guests. Nice reception
