Location Description Waren

Well-known health resort with 21'100 inhabitants on the lake, 23 km from Röbel, 37 km from Rechlin, 45 km from Mirow. Güstrow 60 km. Rostock 95 km. Berlin 155 km. Waren is the main town on the northern tip of the lake, other popular and well-visited holiday resorts are Röbel, Rechlin, Granzow (Granzower See) and Mirow (Mirower See). The Müritz, the 'Mecklenburg Sea', is the most well-known lake in the Mecklenburg Lake District. With its flat banks and the Kölpin, Fleesen and Plauer See lakes connected by canals, the Müritz offers an unusually extensive area for swimming, fishing and all kinds of water sports.

Super Service und ein flexibles und gut gelauntes Team. Auch das Bella Riva Restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert. Der Spabereich ist toll! Wir haben ein traumhaftes Wochenende mit Seeblick genossen!

Besonders gefiel uns der Blick auf das Wasser, den wir allerdings noch mit 45 Euro zusätzlich pro Tag vor Ort bezahlen mussten. Leider war auch die Benutzung der Sauna-und wir hatten wirklich schlechtes Wetter- nicht im schon bezahlten hohen Preis enthalten. Das haben wir an der Ostsee anders erfahren dürfen, wo wir ein ähnlich schönes Appartement bewohnen konnten. Obwohl wir die Gegend sehr mögen, werden wir aus genannten Gründen wohl nicht mehr so schnell dort buchen.

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Insektenschutzgitter vor den Balkontüren.

Alles sehr neu (Bj. 2019), modern und komfortabel. Z.B. alle Fenster/Türen nach draußen mit elektr. Rolläden und Fliegengitter ausgestattet, sehr viel Stauraum in zwei großen Wandschränken, schönes Bad mit viel Ablagefläche, alle Etagen mit Aufzug direkt aus der TG zu erreichen, abgeschlossene Fahrradräume, ... Gute Lage zwischen zwei Seen und fußläufig zur Altstadt/Marina. Zwei kleine Mängel: der Hausstrand ist nicht so attraktiv und die Küchenutensilien sind etwas sparsam.

Die Bilder trügen nicht, eine neue tolle Anlage, beste Lage, alles da, komplett eingerichtet und auch sonst Staubsauger Bügeleisen, gutes Besteck, alles vom Feinsten, ein grosser Kühlschrank sogar mit kleinem Eisfach, GS-Maschine, Putzlappen, Spüli, Schwämme Handtücher, nur der Eierpieker fehlte - lach - Fenster mit Aussenjalousien Alles sehr edel und erst ein oder zwei Jahre alt Grosses schönes Bad, Dusche 1m x 1m, hochwertigArmaturen Abschliessbarer Fahrradraum für Gäste Nette Rezeption
