Wiarden 6 km from Horumersiel: 2-family house "Könitz". 8 km from the centre of Hooksiel, 16 km from the centre of Jever, 2.5 km from the lake. In the house: central heating system. Roofed, parking at the house. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bakery 2.5 km, café 2.5 km, sandy beach 6 km, indoor swimming pool 6 km. Riding stable 450 m. On the property there is a small carpentry workshop, occasional woodwork is possible.

The apartment was great, with small defects. Unfortunately, my mattress was worn out, but it could be fixed for our vacation by replacing it with an empty mattress. The stairs to the apartment are very steep, which makes it less suitable for older people. The kitchen is equipped with many accessories. I would definitely rent the apartment again and recommend it to others. We had a very nice holiday.

Great apartment, everything you need is there... Well located, even if it is on a traffic route, no noise as long as the windows are closed. Nice landlord, just great. Just not for older people, since the stairs to the apartment are more than steep.
