Kitowski Horumersiel, Lower Saxony

Relatively large holiday home. Cozy furnished. Condition of the kitchen is somewhat outdated and needs some repair work. Bathroom simple, shower very mediocre (shower head leaking) not very clean. Bedrooms well cared for, unfortunately no extra blankets for a cold period. There is no room in the garden to store your own bicycle.

Impeccable accommodation, found clean and very tidy.

Quietly located, ideal for families and for relaxing.

Was all right. Don't expect much. The garden is pretty unkempt/dirty, the kitchen utensils dirty, you could see exactly what the previous guest had and showering with the mixer was a real adventure.

Beautiful house with lots of wood, something creaks. Nice residential area and walking distance to everything. The mixer lever in the shower should be checked/replaced on occasion. It wasn't always easy to take a warm shower, but it was doable.

Very nice landlady, always available. Very sour the house, small welcome, even for the dog. Everything you need is there and clean.

Quiet residential area, about 20 minutes by bike to the beach, about. 5-10 minutes to the sewer, or Pedestrian zone. House is a bit difficult to find. The equipment is very generous, there are many extras, such as games, information material, enough dishes, initial equipment with dishwashing liquid, sponge, cloths, spices, filter bags for coffee, 2-3 rolls of toilet paper and much more lovingly furnished. Defects: hot water setting changes quickly from warm to cold, lots of cobwebs, kitchen for 6 people. too small, bike parking space is missing

As a rental property, the ordering hand is somewhat lacking. The front yard is not as well maintained as in the picture. The kitchen with pans that are too small for 4 people - it is advisable to bring something with you - something is always missing - butter dish, reasonable knives - everything is already worn - little things but not perfect. A window in the bedroom is broken - the spare part has probably been awaited for a long time - price-performance ratio is OK

We were satisfied with the house, it was clean, I was very surprised because I read negative things, but there was probably a caretaker change, who were very friendly

After we rebooked from 2020 to 2021 and the price increased significantly, we assumed that we were coming to a renovated house. But no, it was dirty, the furniture was totally worn out... If the microwave and oven were on at the same time, the fuse blew....

But cleanliness is out of the question. When moving into the house, spider web in several places. Dirt & dust in all corners. Final cleaning as it is calculated never and never took place. We were charged 65 euros for the final cleaning when we moved in. The final cleaning was already included in our contract. After complaining we got the money back. We have often stayed in other houses in Hooksiel, but it was never that dirty. Not recommendable.

Really nice and cozy house. Well suited for dog owners because the property is fenced. There is still a lot to be done about cleanliness.

Beautiful, quiet environment close to the Watt and Hooksieler Meer, where you can find peace and quiet. Not far from the small idyllic town and the supermarket which was open every day. A day tour, for example to Bremen, Oldenburg or Jaderpark, was a good idea, because the motorway is about 15 minutes away. Unfortunately, the house had neither a dishwasher nor a freezer, but you quickly got used to it. But the garden was very well fenced, so that you could let the dogs outside.

Nice relaxing area. Nice and quiet. Lots of opportunities for young and old. Nice little town. food was good. Shopping was ok. All very friendly and cosy.
