Unfortunately, the balcony is shared with the neighbouring apartment and the kitchenette offers minimal support for cooking, so it's not the kind of place where you cook up a storm. The lack of artwork on the walls might make it feel a little too minimalist to some, but if you're interested in architecture, we're sure you'll appreciate all the innovative and original features as much as we do.
