Studio in a 2-star residence, I understand because there is no soundproofing at all. Quite functional, however, the dishwashing liquid was missing from the kit provided... For improvement, a bath mat and a shovel would be needed. Otherwise, it's well located, with a bakery nearby and Intermarché for shopping.
