Holiday Rental Description

This stylish third-floor apartment puts you within strolling distance of the sea and the buzz of central Nice. Inside, the open-plan living space leads onto a private balcony, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. There's a handy sofa bed for extra guests and a shared swimming pool to cool off in. If we had to nit-pick, the kitchen is on the smaller side, but it has everything you need for everyday cooking – and with so many great restaurants on your doorstep, you might find yourself dining out more often than in.

Home truths:
*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
*The kitchen in this home is on the smaller side. We think it's better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
*While babies are welcome, this home isn't suitable for toddlers or children.
*The swimming pool is only available for use between April and October, from 8am to 8pm. It's shared with the building's other residents.
*This apartment is located in a building which observes quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.
