This is the first time in all my years using VRBO and Airbnb that I had to make my own bed on arrival, there was no small bottle of shampoo (I'd inadvertently left mine at the previous hotel), only one bar of soap for two bathrooms and toilet paper for barely one day. We were only allowed one key for the week which meant that separate itineraries took constant coordination. Beds were comfortable, location excellent, all else was very nice. Be advised keys must be picked up 1/2 mile away.

Good location, spacious comfortable apartment. We enjoyed ourselves there. A few small issues to mention: in the bathroom there was no plug for the bath. The plug in one of the wash basins was stuck in place. The shower was not attached. There was intermittent flashing of the fluorescent light. There was insufficient provision of toilet paper. We emptied the bins and used the refuse bags provided but could not find where to leave them.

The apartment suited us really well. It’s on the tram and the area is very quiet. Looking out on the little park is a treat.

We were not happy to incur additional taxi costs and inconvenience to pick up and drop off key. We booked and paid for a two bathroom unit and only found one working. We got no explanation or compensation from Interhome. They sent us to VRBO where we booked and claimed to not know who they were. We reported broken front door handle but no response. We asked for instructions to use washing machine and told it was standard. Machine was not like one in Avignon or Italy. Dirty linen left in closet.

Good apartment on a prime location just opposite the Alsace-Lorraine tram station. Very convenient for two couples or families.

The apartment is beautiful and well equipped with 4 balconies. The location is perfect with walking distance to the promenade, the old town and the harbour. Close to several good restaurants and cafes. A grocery store is around the corner Max 5 minutes walk there. Liked that the apartment had two bathrooms. There were only two of us but appreciated that we could have our own bedroom and bathroom.

Spacious apartment, comfortably furnished, beautiful view from the balcony to the park, kitchen equipment were good, only air conditioning was not very efficient. Suberb location in a good neighbourhood.

Was impressed with the size of the apartment. Very good shower and bathrooms and nice living space. Modern and comfortable. Quiet and safe area. Handy for station and only a short walk to prom. Only negative is I didn’t appreciate being charged flexors for Wi-Fi. I think it’s pretty much a given these days that Wi-Fi should be available and included

For a quick trip to Nice, the flat has everything you need. It is nothing special, but it is convenient to everything. The beds and pillows are not comfortable, but for the price, it was totally adequate.

Super functional, pleasant apartment. Big plus if you have children the park is just opposite, as well as the tram-Metro station. Small minus because we were going there to have family eat there, the number of plates and glasses was not huge. A yes and for the agency it is not number 163 but 63. That will avoid looking for the next ones. We will surely return if it is available for our next vacation

200% satisfaction with Interhome Belgium. However, this cannot be said for Interhome France, not really friendly there! As for the apartment itself: I first had to remove the hair from the walk-in shower because the water no longer drained. We had to clean the filters of the extractor hood because a puddle of oil had already leaked out. After solving this, we could enjoy our leave and the apartment.

It would be good to get wifi instructions in writing. It's uncomfortable to take the keys from the office, it would be better to take keys from the safe in the apartment's staircase.

Vacuum cleaner bad, washing machine broken, TV broken, sheets missing but Finnish Interhome's operations commendable and inferior to France.
