Walk out of your door and the main shopping area of Jean Médecin and the pedestrian zone are right outside your door. An array of restaurants, both modern and traditional, is on your doorstep and the more tourist centre of the Old Town is a glance across the street. The beach and promenade is 5 minutes away and public transport is excellent and within close proximity. There is also a wonderful little cafe downstairs called 'Au Gubernatis' that is a favourite of Lauren's owner. Great breakfasts and lunches in a contemporary atmosphere where the well dressed office workers mingle with tourists looking for a good place to 'do lunch'.Public TransportThe 98 airport bus runs from the Airport through the centre of Nice and terminates in Riqiuer. Bus stop 'Cathédrale - Vieille Ville' is your nearest bus stop. Gare SNCF Nice Ville train station is a 15 minute walk.
