beautiful entrance, shock in front of the ancient elevators, the house is old. the photos suggest a modern apartment. this is not the case. long dark corridor when entering, an old-fashioned kitchen. well equipped certainly. Except that the filter of the coffee machine has disappeared... the cutlery and crockery are very good, a lot of them. Good bedding. Top balcony of course! Bins nowhere to be found... the toilets smell like pipes. See the VMC! not working Our rating Good, nothing more.

Ideal location, opposite the dog beach with panoramic sea views. Comfortable bedding, top air conditioning which was essential with the heatwave, everything you need for cooking but maybe think about oven mitts to take the dishes out of the oven without burning yourself... I paid for the extra service to have internet but the 4G modem that was provided to us had several cuts so the connection was disrupted... A washing machine would have changed my rating to "excellent"!

To begin with, dishwasher does not work (broken tap). Broken boiler. Flood at the neighbor's on the 3rd floor. Water cut from Thursday July 21 to Tuesday July 26. We made do with the bottles of water purchased at my expense. Concierge unpleasant and so on.
