The property is well located in relation to the sea but far from the old town of Nice. You have to have a car to get there, otherwise you can take the tram for a long time. The condominium clearly doesn't tolerate young people, making inappropriate remarks and preventing people from sunbathing or swimming freely in the pool. A hostile atmosphere that adds to a hot water problem,... Overall, it only stands out for its location. Avoid for people aged 15-29.
