The location of the accommodation is perfect. The apartment is modernly furnished and has everything you need except for a corkscrew. Unfortunately, the property was not clean, and the outdoor area and garden were unkempt. There was hair in the bathroom, bed, and closets. There were food scraps in the refrigerator, oven, and toaster; cobwebs on the ceilings, a dirty floor, and dirt stains on the furniture. The terrace, including the seating area, was also very dirty. The grill was unusable (it had become a garbage collection point).

The holiday apartment is on the ground floor in a house with two apartments and a large garden. We particularly liked the large terrace on the garden side. The apartment is on a beautiful street about 300 meters from the sea. We found the apartment to be quiet (although construction work was currently being carried out on the neighboring property). The apartment is modern and has high-quality furnishings (bathroom, kitchen). We felt very comfortable there.

We stayed in the "Jasmin" for 10 days and were delighted. The apartment has been newly renovated, it was very neatly cleaned and all the important appliances were working. The kitchen equipment could be a little more detailed. There is a food processor, but you wouldn't necessarily want to use it to grate parmesan cheese. The sanitary facilities are all new, the bathroom has new tiles, the bed and the pull-out couch are very comfortable. I would book the apartment again.
